Looking for Benefits Solutions Advisor – Medicare position with below requirements.

Position Summary:

In this position you will utilize advanced software design, development and debugging skills on the RxClaim Adjudication platform to develop optimized database query reports for complex and highly regulated lines of business, such as Medicare. These reports will be utilized by various enterprise teams such as Client Benefits, Account Management, Medicare Operations, Product Development, Regulatory and Compliance to deliver consultative benefits services to CVS clients, drive strategic product initiatives and management decision making.

Your ability to leverage expert knowledge of RxClaim data structures and query design to assist Client Benefits teams in providing high quality benefits solutions to CVS clients and beneficiaries will be crucial in advancing the company’s best in class Medicare Prescription Benefits Services in the industry.

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 6 years of RxClaim Adjudication System experience in the Prescription Benefits Management Industry .
  2. 3 or more years of experience providing consultative, subject matter expertise on complex Medicare benefits design, claims adjudication, query scripting and claim data analysis to Client Benefits teams.
  3. Software Development experience on the RxClaim AS/400 platform.
  4. Expert Level proficiency with RxClaim database structures and the following technologies – AS/400, SEQUEL/400, Synon, RPG, DB/2, and CL/400.
  5. Expert Level proficiency with database query design and optimization technique.
  6. Advanced knowledge of CVS’ Silverscript PDP, EGWP and Health Plans Benefit designs

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience translating Medicare Client Benefits setups into complex queries, generate impact reports and perform claim impact analysis.
  2. Experience with advanced Root Cause Analysis and Defect Elimination Procedures for RxClaim Adjudication and Medicare Client Benefits.
  3. Proven ability to influence cross functional partner and leadership decision making.
  4. Ability to apply RxClaim Adjudication System and data structure knowledge, training and analytical skills towards the research of complex client benefit plan design requests as part of RFPs, New business implementations and year over year plan maintenance requests.
  5. Ability to provide recommendations to enterprise product development, formulary, regulatory and competitive initiatives

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Looking for Cloud Engineer with below requirements.

  1. Responsible to manage complex Azure Cloud Systems for large scale integration.
  2. Responsible to manage complex Azure Cloud Systems for large scale integration.
  3. Manage the ROC environment in complex systems.
  4. Design and support using TeamCity, GitHub, Bitbucket for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment to different environments.
  5. Manage the network infrastructure that includes SonicWALL configuration, Demo ROC and Cisco Catalyst Switches.
  6. Design and support Azure Cloud to create, manage new VMs, resource groups, web apps, SQL databases.
  7. Design and support Stream Analytics Job for synchronizing data in IOT hub and database, maintenance and data sync on Azure.
  8. Manage the Tunnel Server deployed on Linux to control the ROC, involving creation of new tunnel server and setting that up.
  9. Coordinate with vendors and/or customers to devise alternative solutions for improved ease and comfort while maintaining and/or reducing the cost of the solution.
  10. Work on the migration process to migrate all resources in Azure from Classic to ARM mode involving Cloud Services, Virtual Machines (VM), Storage Accounts.
  11. Lead up the release call for deployment to code on the cloud services in Azure using TeamCity.
  12. Work on PowerShell to automate the tasks using scripting for continuous processes improvement.

 

The candidate should have following qualifications

  1. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent and related work experience is required.
  2. Azure Certification 70-533 is required.
  3. Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Tables, Azure SQL and/or Cosmos DB.
  4. Working experience of Puppet/Chef/Ansible is preferred.
  5. Working knowledge of Computer Networks involving use of protocols like EIGRP, OSPF is required.
